Slightly disapointed, theres no ‘big note’ from rachel, all the songs she sings in theres always a big note near the end.
I love Rachel/Jesse… Jonathan Groff and Lea Michele have amazing chemistry on screen becaue they’ve worked closely together in the past on Spring Awakening and are in fact best friends in real life.
Apparently they squeezed some Puckelberry in right at the end after the fan base for them grew… Ryan Murphy has said that Puck is a player so he’s going to be getting around… so Puckelberry aren’t a definite thing :/ But to be honest as much as I love the Rachel/Puck pairing… I’m on the St.Berry ship! << Although I think Finchel is cute too…
This is a break up song but with Lea and Jonathan singing it… its going to be immense!
While it’s a great performance, Lea Michele doesn’t quite have enough angst for this song. She can do the “prom date” angst, but not “life is falling apart, I’m having a nervous breakdown” angst, which Bonnie Tyler had in the original.

Good production, but one of the turn arounds was missing in the first verse, it is still a truncated version of the original (which was over 6 minutes long), and sorry Lea, to paraphrase Jon, “you totally lacked Bonnie Tyler’s emotional depth.” Try a rendition of Two Out of Three Ain’t Bad or Paradise by the Dashboard Light, both of which were written by Jim Steinman (Meatloaf’s Bat of Hell Producer/Writer), same as TEotH.
i don’t care about anything else, i just wanna hear jonathan groff sing. i do hope he’ll return next season as a guest, although being in london would be difficult. my fave songs in the back eps are: hello, home and total eclipse of the heart in that order for now.
i think leah michele and jonathan groff did an absolutely amazing job on this song. and this part of the episode with the ballett sequence: oh my god! those two have such amazing chemistry, i thought i thought my TV would start sizzling at any moment! that had better not be the end of them, they’re great together…and can’t he become a regular? he is great…

hope Jesse and Rachel patch things up! c’mon! Rach was stupid to do what she did but he already (supposedly) gave up everything for her. Why not forgive her? They have so much chemistry. Finchel is cute but the intensity of St. Berry is just irresistable. Hope Jon becomes a regular!
Best line ever: “That’s the funny thing about reputations. Everyone thinks im the heartbreaker, but you see you broke mine first.” something like that… Heart just sank
And BTW, Finn’s gonna sing “Jesse’s Girl” so there’s hope that they are gonna be together again!

I think it stinks that Jesse is gone…Jesse and Rachel have much more chemistry than Finn or Rachel ever will! Finn and Rachel are actually pretty boring together, in my opinion, and Jesse should be a permanent part of the show.

Rachel and Jesse always reminds me of that whenever I watch them, I mean look at their faces, they look alike and complement each other, striking resemblance!
Funny, maybe Jon Groff is gay but Lea makes him forget that he is indeed gay. I mean look at the intensity of their kisses…. Jesse/Jon was like biting her with so much passion and was like “hey,am i really gay? i feel so crazy for her right now. this girl is straightening me up!” haha…way to go Rachel/Lea! Man up, Jes! For her.
and RIGHT…way BETTER CHEMISTRY than FinChel. We cant watch chemistry like that often on TV. Watching them both staring at each other feels as epic as Adam Lambert singing on Idol. Phenomenal and one in a million chances.

I dislike Jesse St. James so much. I think if he wasn’t in a relationship with Rachel, I would have liked him a bit more. Also, since Jon is only singing the “Turn around’s,” from what I can remember, Cory Monteith and Mark Salling should also be credited. Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE Jon Groff’s voice, amazing! Jesse St. James and “St. Berry?” I could honestly live without. FINCHEL <3
